Mall Previz, Brookfield, WI
This is a small portion of a suite of 3d animations and QTVR files created for a local developer. This entire mall was built in 3d from architectural drawings. Material sample images were supplied, as well as terrain elevation data. Besides a complete drive-through animation, 3d renders were composited with site photos, and used to create multiple 360° QTVR panoramas.
The art was used primarily to assuage the concerns or nearby residents, who were worried that the blighted state of the previous structures might not be rectified by the new construction.
Done for a Canadian architectural firm, depicting their new office residence. 2004.
